Life-sized projections on the Washington Monument of the 365 foot tall Saturn V Apollo moon rocket wowed audiences on the National Mall during celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing on July 20, 1969. The 17 minute multimedia event was conceived and commissioned by the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum and produced by Fifty Nine Productions. #goforthemoon
